Observations have shown Carbon absorption lines in the spectrum of a quasar
(called $Q1331 + 70$), due to the fact that the light from this
object passing through gas clouds that are in the “distance” $z=1.776$ from
us. The relative absorption intensity of different lines shows that
temperature of the cloud should be $7.4 ± 0.8^{quad o}K$. What conclusion pull for
temporal variation of the temperature of the background radiation?
